Aiken Fish House & Oyster Bar
About us
Damian & Rachael Blevins are the husband-and-wife founders of Aiken Fish House & Oyster Bar — a coastal-inspired seafood restaurant built on grit, faith, and a shared love of bold flavor.
Damian Blevins grew up on the West Coast, where seafood meant salt air, dockside markets, and fish prepared simply but fearlessly — cedar planks, open flames, citrus, smoke, and spice. Freshness wasn’t a trend; it was a standard. From an early age, he developed an appreciation for high-quality ingredients and big, confident flavor profiles that let seafood speak for itself.
Rachael Blevins was raised on the East Coast, where seafood carries tradition — oyster roasts, Lowcountry boils, butter-poached shellfish, and recipes passed down through generations. For her, food has always been about gathering, hospitality, and creating an atmosphere where people feel at home the moment they walk in.
When Damian and Rachael built their life together, they also blended their culinary roots. What started as a shared dream became Aiken Fish House & Oyster Bar — a place where West Coast boldness meets East Coast tradition.
Their menu reflects that union:
Fresh fish prepared with vibrant marinades, citrus-forward sauces, and grilled techniques inspired by the Pacific.
Oysters, crab, and coastal classics rooted in Atlantic and Southern heritage.
Flavor combinations that are both elevated and approachable.
But the heart of the restaurant isn't just the seafood — it's the culture they've created. As owner-operators, Damian and Rachael are hands-on in every detail, from sourcing quality product to greeting guests by name. They've built more than a restaurant; they've built a community gathering place.
Their story is one of partnership — West Coast meets East Coast, bold meets classic, ambition meets warmth. Together, they turned two different coasts into one shared table.
And at that table sits Aiken Fish House & Oyster Bar — where every plate tells their story.
